Second day of the new year and here’s the second painting. I walked thru LPBP preserve in the cold but sunny day…nice light, nice rolling fields, nice clouds. Crunching snow and frozen ponds were part of the gestalt. This is 30″ x 8″ using pencil, pen and watercolor on cotton paper and framed it’ll be $150.
This is beautiful, Tommy. I love the curve of the hills, the clouds, the whisps of foreground weeds, everything works. I can feel the cold air just looking at it. Happy new year. love, Sara
