Cemetery Series #9 Middle Rd.

I rode with Dave i in the Catherine VAlley Trail and came back to Watkins Glen via Middle Rd. This lovely little cemetery appeared with its beautiful trees and old markers. 16″ x 14″ using pencil and Daniel Smith watercolors on Waterford cotton paper. It’ll be shown at the Ithaca Artists Market on August 14, a friday, from noon till 7:30

  1. Wonderful. Sky, clouds, trees, just a hint of the gravestones to show that this scene has been there, just like that, for a hundred years.
