Now this is a great one by my standards. And I have set a low bar. I love some cows and when have you seen a herd like these Belted Galways? They were spread out in pasture and then as a body started to move quickly towards the south. This is on Coddington Rd.where Banks comes into it. A sign in the pasture said that this beef was for sale. So I won’t get too idyllic over the scene.                         It’s 9″ x 12″ using pencil, watercolor and gouache on cotton paper.
