This is part of the business end of the Dygert Farm near Brooktondale. It’s one of the oldest spots in the county settled by colonists. There’s an historical marker roadway near the farm entrance with info about the Quick family who first settled here. This is one of the farms we hope to memorialize or at least document with paintings and poetry. I hope to get 6 paintings of each farm as per the grant proposal.
