Margot and I went out again yesterday along a section of the FLT above the Treman Park gorge. I love this trail up here. We walked in on the regular gorge trail on the South side and then cut up to the FLT to make a loop that returned us to the parking lot. Maybe 3.5 miles in total but there was some serious hill climbing involved. At this spot there’s 3 huge white pines, a steep drop to the gorge to the left and open fields to the right. It’s got everything. I blued the sky too. It’s 8″ x 8″ using pencil, watercolor and gouache on cotton paper.
