In Plattsburg, NY I stumbled upon this fine building that has seen better days but was told that it is a thriving enterprise during the warmer months of the year. Best hot dogs in town…others try to copy but can’t duplicate. It was a very gray day following an ice storm in the north country. Watercolors doing their thing here.            It’s 5.8″ x 11.8″ using pencil watercolor and gouache on paper.    $ 75 if unframed.
