I biked Monday up to Fairhaven State Park and passed 5 cemeteries that I’ve yet to document. Here’s the first one found on Lower Lake Rd. just North of Cayuga Lake State Park. The Bridgeport cemetery it’s called and has a lovely view of the lake and a nice wrought iron fence surrounding it. 12″ x 9″ using pencil gouache and Daniel Smith watercolors on Waterford cotton paper. It’ll get framed and I hope some gallery space will want a showing of cemeteries soon. We continue on that path in the meantime.
