Earlier in the week I rode around Owasco Lake with Dave I. We took some new backroads to leave the highway on the East side of the lake. This Parsells Cemetery appeared on Martin Rd. I put everything in there as it stood in real time. Documentation. It’s 12″ x 9″ pencil and Daniel Smith watercolors on Arches paper. It’ll be framed and become part of a cemetery series.
Your art is so evocative and draws one in! Love your stuff!

Hi Tommy – Please don’t post this: Lovely painting, setting is unusual but classic rural scene, and the clouds and sky are perfect! So hard to paint, and you got them just right. – Sara
