This is a nice hemlock grove where the FLT crosses Boyer Creek. It’s a great place to be on a hot day and not bad at all in the winter. The foot bridge down here might get washed away this spring as it’s already listing heavily. we’ll see. This is 9″ x 112″ using pencil, watercolor and gouache on cotton paper.
Hi Tommy – This is a wonderful example of your ability to create depth in your painting. I can feel all the dimensions of the scene. And the reflections on the water lead my eye back into the far-away trees and horizon. Lovely. -Sara *”All things are bound together, all things connect.” * *- Oren Lyons, Faithkeeper, Seneca Nation*

Again, another beautiful scene. I’m fascinated with your ability to capture the colors, render the reflection in the water . . . So in awe!

Thanks Linda. Always room for improvement and I see it steadily gets a little better putting in the time.
