Here’s a nice grouping of Hackberry trees along a little creek right in the woods behind our house. The creek is seasonal and dries up late summer but there’s a trickle now. It’ll sometimes roar in the spring. This is 9″ x 12″ using pencil, watercolor and gouache on cotton paper.
Hi Tommy – This is exquisite! Your technique and composition captures a beautiful woods scene. The touch of blue water adds a lot and the technique with the tree bark too. best wishes, Sara
