I went out once again to “Connecticut Hill” and rambled along unmarked woods, deer paths and old logging roads. ‘Twas a lovely day and most satisfying in many ways. Now, to share these walks with others will be especially nice. I came out of the woods and there was this small field, quite overgrown with goldenrod. The leafless oaks added dramatic effects through no fault of their own. They do what they do best. It’s 4″ x 6″ using pencil and watercolor on cotton paper.
