This is the view from Wakpala looking east across the Grand River which joins the Missouri near here. The Missouri is dammed up many miles downstream making a huge long lake (35 miles?). lots of fishing boats put in near here. Kevin lives on the ridge above the river and sent this photo out for all to see. I don’t think we get this kind of color in Ithaca area.
