This is the site of some early Native cave pictographs near Billings, Mt. Most of the cliff is sandstone and the paintings have fallen off the walls with time. But there were documented photos of the originals taken in the 1920’s. You can still make out a little bit of the content and then the old photos tell the rest of the story.
