Another ubiquitous scene from Southwestern Minnesota. Beans and grain are everywhere in abundance and the railroads come to the grain storage areas to cart it all away. I’m on my way to Sioux Falls to visit Mehran and Rick, my hosts on many forays across the country. They have moved from Sisseton to another city and are trying to introduce children’s classes and junior youth groups in the neighborhood. 12″ x 12″ using pencil, pen and watercolor on Arches paper.
