As it got warmer last week, Dave and I rode around Owasco Lake clockwise. We try to go around most of the Eastern finger lakes every year and this one we usually do in a counterclockwise direction and much later in the year. We came across many waterfalls on the west side which one doesn’t see roaring down the hill in the other direction. Beautiful sights to behold for sure. This is the view from up high on the Northeast side of the lake. It’s 8″ x 8″ using pencil, pen and watercolor on cotton paper. $60 unframed. The color of the glass after so much rain smacks of spring. All in all it was almost pleasant ride on a gorgeous day.
