I’ve said I would do a painting a day during our fast period. This one took 3 days. Does sitting and staring at the piece count was working on it? I’m getting other things accomplished though. In the ancient city of Akka (Acco) there’s a green Mosque and across from it stands this doorway, also painted green. All stone and tile are the pathways and streets of the city. Someone painted a mural of the sea on the boxes on the left. I want to know what’s behind the old door. This is 9″ x 12″ using pencil, pen and watercolor on cotton paper. $ 85 unframed.
