This is a small farm in Cutler, NY. The farm is in the Eaton family who I visited last weekend. Such warm hospitality, conversation and some healthy soup were enjoyed. And Miriam didn’t let it stop there. I left with a Christmas box of candy.    So I picked up Maggie who was visiting a sick friend in Truxton and we drove home. When I walked around the truck I saw 2 bales of hay that Darren Eaton, the son of John Eaton, had deposited therein. Such generosity, not just of spirit but of means.           This is 9″ x 12″ using pencil, pen and watercolor on Waterford satin finish paper. I think I’ll gift it back to the family….it seems like the least I can do.
