This part of Montana is normally very dry. The fields are full of rocks and sage brush. But as it’s an unusually wet spring there, the river flooded its banks and all was emerald green around it. More rain coming in too. Climate change is real. My friend Dan Geiger drove us up to this little dead end area where the road stops and one is surrounded by mountains on 3 sides. This is 5.9″ x 11.8″ using pencil and watercolor on cotton paper. $50 unframed.
