I spent the night on the Bright Angel trail in the Grand Canyon. This was the morning’s greeting. it’s all desert down there except where a spring comes out of the cliffs offering a chance for trees and green to flourish. It is a lovely spot and if you’ve the strength, try to visit it. It’s 9″ x 12″ using pencil and watercolor on cotton paper. $90 unframed
