In Northern Florida on my way to Montgomery, Alabama I found myself on a road that was suddenly unpaved and turned this brilliant red clay color. It was one of the better routes I experienced in that state because of the lack of cars on road.  This one is 5.9″ x 11.8″ using watercolor and pencil on cotton paper.
