Here was a park along the Mississippi River where I camped and got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Step out of the tent and you were fodder for their voracious appetites. I also met Eric here on father’s day and we had a long, heartfelt conversation. His family shared their picnic with me in a most generous manner. The sunrise next day was quite beautiful. It’s 9″ x 12″ watercolor and pencil on paper. $150
So peaceful, dawn pink and soft light, reflections, just lovely! I can’t feel the mosquitos at all.
