SO first time riding thru the railroad section of downtown and there are homeless people under the bridges in tents or not and then this 2 blocks of caravans. A man who works in the area told me that these encampments have been growing over the past 2 to 3 years. I didn’t stop and talk with anyone here as it was very early morning and drizzling.
