Just stumbled on this old drawing from many years ago when we lived in Richmond Va. The paper is like parchment , ready to fall apart in your hands. But it’s a statement of the base inequality of our society with a group of homeless men with a burn barrel by the James River and the historical church grounds of St. John’s in the pre-civil war section of town. Most of the city was destroyed in that war.
