Returning home on bike from a 3 day trip to Pennsylvania and needed some respite from the heat and stopped here on the lake. Oak and walnut trees providing the shade. Two days earlier i got caught in a heavy downpour which was wonderful…some rain at last. This “will it rain or not” is all consuming this summer in my mind at least……can’t refrain from noting when it does happen. In the meantime I should be enjoying the blue skies more as we often don’t see blue for months at a time around here. Horseflies have a song “I Live Where it’s Grey”.
