The roadside trees framed a beautiful piece of pasture with thistle in the foreground and spruce trees on the ridge. This farm is on Mallory Rd. north of Chemung. It’s a really pretty climb up to the ridge and you’ll find great views in 3 directions from there.  It’s 9″ x 12″ using pencil and watercolor on paper.
