I got caught out late in a rain en route to Rochester and got cold, real cold. Always looking for a place to set up my tent but on this occasion I decided best to get inside and try to warm up….hypothermia is a drag. It took me 2 hours before thawing out. Live and learn. So now I have some nice wicking base layers and have also found a place for camping right on the Erie Canal trail. This is what awaited me outside the window.
